What a great day! I was worried about today going well, but Bob kept saying, "It's going to be fine." And for the second time in our marriage, he was right ;)
Oaklee did great. By the end of the blessing she was so tired, she just fell asleep in my arms. When she woke up (and after a quick bottle) she was happy and smiley. I couldn't have asked for today to go any better.
Our family came out in full force too! We have such a great support system. I was lucky to get a 4 generational photo of Oaklee, me, my mother and my grandmother.
I think God blesses us with children so that we might get a glimpse of how He feels about us. I never thought I'd be in love like this. She just brings me so much joy. I can't imagine my life without her. Today just solidified that fact. I'm looking forward to so much more with my little bug!
